Brand Tag Notice
We guarantee that our products match the advertised quality and appearance. Brand tags are an integral part of the product, and we cannot accept after-sales requests based on tag style or other non-quality-related reasons. -
Returned Packages & Reshipment
If a package is returned to us due to reasons beyond our control (e.g., incorrect address, unpaid customs duties, failure to pick up), we cannot issue a refund. We can reship the package, but a reshipping fee will apply.
